Noe Rodriguez is the auto body and repair specialist at R Brothers. He earned a degree in collision repair in 2007 from Southwest Kansas Technical School in Liberal. Noe worked for Lou's Body and Fender in Scott City before opening R Brothers with his brother Blas in 2013. Noe's 15+ years of experience and attention to detail is part of what keeps customers coming back again and again. His favorite part of his job is seeing the finished product. When not at work, Noe enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Blas Rodriguez is the mechanic at R Brothers. Blas had prior experience at both Burtis Motors in Garden City as well as J&R Car and Truck Center in Scott City before opening R Brothers in 2013 with his brother Noe. Blas brings 20+ years of mechanic experience to the shop. Part of what Blas enjoys about owning an auto body and mechanic shop is the variety of vehicles and issues he gets to work on. In his spare time, Blas enjoys riding side-by-sides in the sand dunes, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Shenel has been with R Brothers since 2024. A typical day for Shenel is always busy—because R Brothers is an auto dealership, auto body shop and mechanic shop all working together, every day involves a little bit of everything. Shenel handles paperwork, schedules service work, and coordinates repairs to make sure vehicles are ready for customers.
Shenel enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and helping people through an important purchase with honesty and respect. With a small-town dealership, customers become more than just a sale. They become familiar faces, friends, and repeat customers who trust us with their families and vehicles year after year. Shenel enjoys being a small part in making the process smooth, easing concerns, and helping people leave feeling confident and appreciated. Shenel enjoys working for two wonderful bosses who care about their employees as well as their customers.
Outside of work, Shenel enjoys spending quality time with her family, horses and water buffalo named Patricia!
